Nawal
Practice Manager
Nawal graduated from Pikes Peak Community College with her Associates of Science degree in dentistry as an EDDA. Nawal has been one of the most valuable team members of Simply Kids Dental since 2012 and is known for her calming and friendly presence with patients. On Nawal’s free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and son. She loves spending as much time outdoors as possible and enjoys hiking, grilling, and joining outdoor events with her children.
Montana
Scheduling Coordinator
Believe it or not, Montana was born and raised in Wisconsin (not Montana!). She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with her degree in psychology, right before relocating out west. Montana had to overcome dental anxiety as a child, and now loves having the opportunity at Simply Kids Dental to make each child’s visit less intimidating. When she is not at work, Montana and her boyfriend spend their time exploring their new city with their rescue pup.
Linda
Clinical Lead
Linda is a native of Colorado Springs and graduated from Pikes Peak Community College with an associate degree in applied sciences. Since joining Simply Kids Dental, she has been an invaluable team member. She has excelled in every position she has held, and this is what led her to our team. Linda is married and has two sons. Her hobbies include game nights, road trips, hiking, and traveling the world.
Cassandra
Patient Care Coordinator
Cassandra will be the first smiling face to greet you when you enter Simply Kids Dental! In addition to greeting and checking in Dr. Vostatek’ s patients, she also coordinates appointments and is one of our Spanish translators. Cassandra is a Colorado Springs native. When Cassandra is not at the office, she has a passion for fitness and doing any activity outdoors with her three young children.
Jeannie
Outreach & Event Coordinator
Jeannie has been involved in dentistry for over 30 years. As our Outreach and Event Coordinator, she is given the opportunity to teach good dental hygiene to children through our “Dentist for a Day” program. She also loves to showcase the great care offered by our team at community events. Jeannie, a native of Pueblo, received her Expanded Duties Dental Assistant certificate from the University of Southern Colorado. She and her husband have two sons and three grandchildren. She loves to travel, read, bake, and walk in the evenings.
Vanessa
Dental Assistant
Vanessa is originally from Mexico and was raised by parents who are both in the medical field. After completing college in Mexico, Vanessa made the big move to New York City. In 2023, Vanessa relocated to Colorado Springs with her boyfriend and dog, Canela. Outside of working at Simply Kids Dental, Vanessa has competed in over five Spartan Races!
Kat
Dental Assistant
Kat started her Simply Kids Dental journey as a long-standing patient of Dr. Sean. After graduating from high school, she was able to pursue her interest in dentistry. Being family-oriented allows Kat to connect with patients, and she is commonly described as understanding and kind. Outside of being a dental assistant, she has a talent for drawing and painting, and a passion for cars and racing.
Shannon
Treatment Assistant
Shannon is a Colorado native and graduated from Pueblo Community College with her degree in Criminal Justice. Outside of her commitment to her dental assisting career, Shannon has achieved her dream of having her own ranch in Penrose, Colorado. Shannon’s ranch is home to several horses, goats, cats, and dogs.
Walid
Dental Assistant
Walid is as cool as they come and brings charisma to our team. Having grown up around dentistry, he’s developed a deep interest in the field through life experience and on-site training. Walid’s easygoing nature and genuine passion for helping others make him a favorite among patients and coworkers. Outside the clinic, he loves jamming to music and dreams of creating his own music content one day.
Maria
Dental Assistant
Maria is a dedicated dental assistant known for her excellent customer service, positive energy, and warm personality. What she enjoys most about dentistry is building connections with our younger patients and working alongside her amazing team. Her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does. Maria loves spending time outdoors, whether she’s horseback riding or hiking in the mountains with her family and dogs.
Isaac
Dental Assistant
Isaac, Dr. Sean’s son, was born in Illinois but was raised in Colorado Springs. With a passion to serve others, he has joined the Simply Kids Dental team and has become an integral team member. He attends Texas A&M University and is determined to pursue a degree in dentistry. Having seven siblings, Isaac loves interacting with children and making an anxious child more comfortable. In his free time, Isaac enjoys backpacking outdoors and participating in Trail Life USA, volleyball and soccer.
Justeen
Dental Assistant
We’re so excited to welcome Justeen, our newest dental assistant, to the team! A proud Colorado native, she’s already bringing warmth and positivity to our pediatric dental office. Though she never expected to work in children’s dentistry, Justeen loves helping kids feel confident and comfortable during their visits. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her reading or working on a good puzzle!
